Extender products vs hanging
I have a Pro Extender which is supposed to extend my penis kind of similar as hanging but without weights. But I am curious if it is a substitute or if I should still keep hanging in my routine. And I guess the same goes for pumping. I have a Dr. Joels Kaplan pump, does that substitute for anything like clamping?
Please advise. And also please give your thoughts on my routine.
