I really just wanna gain in length. I do pumping but should I really just be using a extender?

There are varied schools of thought on the matter.
The one thing that seems to be agreed upon by nearly everybody is that some manner of stretching is a must.

If you don’t want to spend the money on a device, start manual stretching and see if that gives any results.

My intuition tells me that I should stretch/extend first then pump and clamp after. If to be done in the same day. Lol, it will be years before I have even an ounce of personal validation to that suggestion.

My current experience tells me that I need to extend first and then if I want to do girth work, I do that second in the day.

The idea being that there is less resistance due to expansion when trying to stretch/extend. Once done with stretching/extending/hanging one moves on to girth work. The expansion from the girth work then remains undisturbed by not moving into elongation exercises.

Others might challenge such sentiments.

Can’t say for sure, but what you gain with pump probably depends on person. Generally that should be both length and girth, but some people easy gain length and some people can easy gain girth. In that case i assume inner pressure would aim light side more.

You can use the pump to compliment your stretching/extending routine but if “you really JUST wanna gain length” then stretching and Extending are the main focus.
(That said is prolly true for 90% of us but members like Titleist have had great length gains with a pumping/vac routine).

I got a cylinder size that supports length work, both wet and dry, varies on mood. I also use an extender. Seems to be varied opinions on which should be done before the other but I tend to agree with littleengine, length focused work before using the pump. When I’ve used the pump after extending, I come out of the tube strong and long. The main reason I found extending before pumping was better for me is extending without the post pump. But I’m interested to hear what others think. I’m guessing pumping and than healing in an extended state would be better for girth. But again, would appreciate any experienced opinions.

I do extending then pump. Extending lengthens my penis to the max and then after 1-1.5 hours, as soon I stop extending I try to pump asap while its stretched. I feel like pumping is healing the penis by engorging it with blood during the pump, while “filling it out” to make the stretched penis expand sideways. Using the penimaster there seems to be an effect of my glans getting huge, something about the glans is under vacuum in the cap of the extender and then when its put in the pump it gets huge. I feel its really growing my glans, which was big already.
