Hi all,

I have been working on doing kegals as I’m operating at about an 8.5/10 EQ (an improvement) but want to get to 10!

I find that even after doing 3-6 second holds for 10 reps, I’m very fatigued. If I kegal too much when erect I actually lose the erection.

I’m wondering if this is normal (about a month into doing them) or am I just prone to easy fatiguing and all working the BC is actually holding me back due to fatigue? I’m going to give any legal say all a week off and see what happens but hoping for some Thunders knowledge here. All searches throw up everyone saying they’re the best thing since sliced bread. Not working well for me or so I just need more time to come around to improvement?

Taking a few days break from Kegals has helped my EQ.

I wonder if it’s best to just do a light routine or to avoid all together. I know some swear by then but they so far have just left me feeling fatigued.

Thanks Titleist, good to have someone with knowledge chip in.
I’m a conservative guy by nature so this will work well with my slow and steady approach. I’m lucky and don’t need to gain much, more a case of achieving maximum quality.
