I’m new here, and I was just wondering what the quickest known gains are.

Personal experience or people you’ve heard from.

I know I shouldn’t expect anything immediately, and should be patient, but I was just wondering out of curosity.

Patience is key in PEing. Overdoing it will damage. Being to enthusiastic will hurt. Make it enjoyable, not painful. Gains will come with time. Don’t expect anything over night.
