Feeling after warm up

I was wondering how your penis should feel after a proper warm up. When you have taken away your penis from the heat source, should it feel hotter than it feels when you just pick it up out of your pants during the day? Cause it is always hotter than my hands, but should it feel a lot hotter after warm up?

A good warm up will typically make your balls hang lower.
