Feeling When Stretching Downward
So I’ve been yanking my crank for a long time now and I’d like to point something out that my recent discovery may help some others.
When stretching straight down or down at an angle, if I assume a slight squat position I can feel the stretch up high (ligaments I guess) that I cannot feel when standing straight up. This may be of some use to some others in the future. I have made what I consider a significant gain (0.5" erect and 0.75" FSL) in 2.5 months.
I also pump 2 to 3 times a week for 2 15 minutes sets.
I also do "piss pulls"
That’s really all I do.
