DLD Blasters Downward stretching

I have an extremely high LOT (11:00, if not higher). So, from the posts I’ve read here, the best way to attack it is by downward stretching. What would be the best way to stretch in this direction? I like the DLD blasters method, but don’t really know how to stretch downward with it. The A stretch and such don’t allow me to get a good enough downward pull.

Would it be efficient enough to just grab behind the head and pull straight down, while sitting, and perform the blasters this way? If not, what do you think is the most effective downward stretch?

Also, wouldn’t it make sense to attack both the ligs _and_ the tunica. If they’re expanding in equal proportions, wouldn’t it result in greater gains, as well as help to keep my LOT high (I’ve read on here that someone was able to raise their LOT by stretching the tunica.)

You can sit on the edge of a chair, and pull down through your legs, or you can do it standing up, by reaching behind you and pulling through your legs, for a BTC stretch. This will be a more intense way. Then just reverse kegel for 5secs while stretching, followed by a kegel for 5secs. Hey presto, DLD blasters.

Yeah, its more of a tunica move.

No, lig stretching is easier than tunica stretching. Why waste your time? I dont know how quickly LOT lowers in relation to lig-length gains. You might be able to reach your goals without doing a tunica stretch in your whole life. Or maybe not.

Yes, but you can simply gain as much as you can from ligs, and do tunica stretching after that, if needed.

This is just theory, it hasnt been proven yet. But me and my loyal Lab Rats will find out.

No, this would not work very well. You see, the tissues involved are not very cooperative, very tough, and you should work only on one set at a time. Divide and conquer.

The ligs are easier to manipulate than the tunica, as SS4 said. Stretching them first will give you faster, easier gains. But it takes a concentrated effort. IMO, the best way to affect any of the tissues is to get them in a fatigued state, and then ride that fatigued state with more work, perhaps at a reduced intensity.

In general, if you work all tissues equally, it would be very hard to stretch and weaken them effectively to get the desired results.

My LOT is between 11:30 and high noon also. I’ve found that I’m stretching my lligs no matter what direction I stretch in. I know that stretching downwards is supposed to hit the ligs more than stretching upward, but it doesn’t matter to me, and probably not to you either, in which direction we stretch or hang at this point. I can stretch straight upward as hard as I want and I’ve still got probably an inch’s worth, lengthwise, of loose tunica hanging there. You’re probably the same. My problem, though, is that my ligs are so stubborn that I could pull a semi truck over the Smokey Mountains with my dick and not feel it the next day. I may have some potential for length, but it’s gonna be a miserable time hanging 75 pounds to get it out there so it’ll do some good.
