Not if you are trying to gain girth. It’s time to replace your cylinder with a bigger one.

OK. Looks like my measurements on this cylinder didn’t take into account the increase in girth under pressure.

If you seek the post-pump effect and how bigger the penis looks afterwards, it could be a good thing.

I wouldn’t use high pressures to achieve so though. A penis savagely swolen and taken down by edema and lymph fluids doesn’t look that appealing.

Constant heat will hasten the process since it makes the tissues more malleable and willing to expand more under pressure or tension.
