Finding a routine after conditioned

Hey dudes,
I’m new to the forum but have been doing P.E inconstantly for 1 year and seriously for the last 3 months.
I have made length gains of 3/4 inch and girth gains of 1/8 inch. EQ has also improved greatly extremely hard but minimal ‘random boners’.
How did you guys find methods that work for you in terms of P.E?
I’m thinking about trying a new routine and set of exercises for 2 or 1 week blocks until I find something that gives me good expansion, hang and gains.
I have a bathmate which nets me minimal expansion and am going to buy a clamp.
I guess I’m pretty impatient and don’t want to be wasting my time on a routine that doesn’t do much for me. What do you guys think about this approach? Cheers

What has your routine been thus far?

Also if you are gaining why would you want to change things?

Before the 3 months I was doing allot of stretching with some jelqing and bathmate sessions where I made majority of my length gains.
I have been doing bathmate 3 times a week 12 minute sessions with 5 min stretching and 5 1 minute tunica tugs before

And doing manual PE twice a week 5 mins stretching then jelqing for 15mins, and doing big al squeezes roughly 5-10 min 5 second squeeze resting every 10 squeezes for 20 seconds.

EQ was good on this routine.

I want to switch up my routine because I’m barely getting any expansion on this routine I just don’t feel like I’m getting girth gains 1/8 inch in 3 months with improved EQ
I think I might try a more jelq orientated routine with some O bends.

Did you ever do the newbie routine?
