Finding a routine after conditioned
Hey dudes,
I’m new to the forum but have been doing P.E inconstantly for 1 year and seriously for the last 3 months.
I have made length gains of 3/4 inch and girth gains of 1/8 inch. EQ has also improved greatly extremely hard but minimal ‘random boners’.
How did you guys find methods that work for you in terms of P.E?
I’m thinking about trying a new routine and set of exercises for 2 or 1 week blocks until I find something that gives me good expansion, hang and gains.
I have a bathmate which nets me minimal expansion and am going to buy a clamp.
I guess I’m pretty impatient and don’t want to be wasting my time on a routine that doesn’t do much for me. What do you guys think about this approach? Cheers
