First day of PE newbie routine

Hi forum,

Today I did my first routine, the session lasted around 40 min(the whole routine). I wanted to start for a long time but never got around to it so decided that now or never. After the routine I was left with some questions, maybe these also include asking for some tips. I will try to include most of the possible questions I found during the routine, I believe this should also help the other newcomers as they might have some if not all of these questions.

1 For the hot wrap, with the hot piece of cloth should I wrap it as tight as possible around the penis?
2 How should I massage the penis, is just softly pressing through the cloth a good way to do that ?
3 For the stretches, I am not sure how much pressure should I put on the penis, while doing the stretches I felt a strong pull behind the shaft, this mostly happened while doing the downward stretch.
4 For beginners what way should I stretch it, is down and up best to start ? For more understanding I tried doing all of them.
5 During stretches in case I get an erection should I stop and continue when the penis gets flaccid, or is it okay to continue with the penis around 50-60% erect.
6 While doing the stretches I sometimes was losing the grip( I was trying to not put too much pressure), should I pull softer or should I make the ok grip tighter and hold it as tight as possible just to the point where I will not lose grip.
6.1 After I finished with the stretches my penis was erect looking downwards, is this an ok reaction to stretches?
7 For the jelqs I tried to switch every minute from an ok grip to an overhand ok grip, is this an ok time to switch? Or something like 5-5 is a better option. I might also add that the I felt that overhand grip works better(sometimes with the basic ok grip I was not feeling that anything was happening).
8 For the jelqs should I also start with the tight ok grip from behind the shaft, I was trying to push the penis forward a bit and start from behind.
9 This is the continued part from 8, should I keep the tight grip until the end of the shaft or should I stop around the glans.
10 After finishing the jelqs my penis became flaccid and smaller than usual, is this an ok reaction after the whole routine? I am interested in points on how to understand that I am doing everything correct after the routine.

I know these are basic questions that can be found on the forum, but I am overwhelmed with the information and if you can point me to some great posts about most of the exercises in this routine I would be grateful.

PS: I also might add that I have a tight foreskin, but I got it looser over the years(at the start I couldn’t pull it back even when flaccid), while having sex my foreskin usually retracts with no problem.
