First newbie gains

First newbie gains

Well, I’m happy to report that only doing manual stretches 5 days on and 2 days off for about 3 weeks that I’ve grown .25 in both BPFSL and BPEL (mine are the same for some weird reason). I’ve measured 3 straight days to make sure. This stuff really does work.

FYI: For anyone that cares.

Stretch out: 2 X 30 seconds

Stretch up: 2 X 30 seconds

Stretch down: 2 X 30 seconds

Stretch down left: 2 X 30 seconds

Stretch down right: 2 X 30 seconds

Rotary Stretch: 2 X each direction

BTC stretch: 1 X 60 seconds

Also to some of the veterans. I messed around with Inverted V Stretches every few days, not much and not very hard and I haven’t seem to had any pain or even any of the typical dots and such. If I throw these into my routine every day would it be ok at 3 weeks in?

Since I haven’t had anything outside of a stretched feeling after workouts should I be stretching harder? (I stretch pretty hard already).

Don’t stretch harder you’ll only hurt yourself.

I appreciate the advice. That’s what I figured, I just thought perhaps since I am pretty much only stretching and it had been three weeks I could throw some more advanced stretches in there at this point. I have only wet jelqed twice within this amount of time primarily do to time restraints. Most of my stretching is done in the AM but I still stretch a bit just about every time I go to the john. I don’t do warm ups either. I definitely feel the stretched feeling, particularly in the ligs. I don’t seem to have a lot of the problems associated with grip that I’ve read about a lot on the forums. I get 30 second stretches pretty easy with no ill effects. Should I stretch a little longer maybe or check into simple ADS?

You could add some more time to your stretches if you can stand it. Long stretching routines kill my hands so I never could stand to do more than 10 minutes of a stretching routine.

I’d stay away from the ADS for now though. There will be plenty of time for that later.

Don’t worry too much about newbie gains. Some guys here (like me) never had newbie gains, others actually gained better after several month of little or no gains. I think the term newbie gains is only referred to the fact that when you see your first gains you’re really happy :D . (my point of view though). So I wish you continuous gains!

My advice is avoid to make stretches longer, add more repetitions if you want. The reason for this is because if you make them longer your hands will get sore and eventually, to be able to hold, you will loosen the intensity of the stretch. Never sacrifice quality over quantity. Your stretches are working wonderfully, so go on. My problem in fact was that I wanted to make stretches longer, I did 2minutes stretches but to hold them they just were too light. Even 60seconds are too much for me: I only can really feel the stretch on the penis with 30sec sets.

I just started a week ago so I am very hopeful to gain anything. Congradulations on your gains and from what I have read if your gaining from the newbie routine stick with the routine until you notice no more gains and thats when you should step up to other things
