Yesterday I did my first workout and I’m a little bit disappointed from myself. I burned my penis with the hot wrap because of too much heat I guess. I did very weak stretching because I was afraid not to stretch to much and hurt myself. And I think my jelq session was ineffective because most strokes slipped of when they reach the glans and so the follow up strokes didn’t put enough pressure in the mid-shaft also during jelqing I lose my erection after some strokes. I have a problem with hot wrap because I have very small flaccid length about an inch. Can I just wrap it as it is flaccid or I do I have to get some erection to wrap better?

Well it is your first workout, be easy on yourself. No need to feel like you failed, these exercises takes months to learn and practice them, even than they are not perfectly performed every time.

Hot wrap need to be as hot as possible, but not that hot that cause burns or discomfort. Next time be carefull and let it cooldown a bit… you can warmup hard or flaccid it is up to you, flaccid is more common I think, do not heat your testicles.

Don’t worry too much about stretches or jelqs. With time you will get better and better, it is normal that erection fade, just regain erection and continue to jelq. Stretching shouldn’t be performed with strong force, enough is just to stretch as far as it goes and hold it there, do not pull, hold.
