First workout problems
Yesterday I did my first workout and I’m a little bit disappointed from myself. I burned my penis with the hot wrap because of too much heat I guess. I did very weak stretching because I was afraid not to stretch to much and hurt myself. And I think my jelq session was ineffective because most strokes slipped of when they reach the glans and so the follow up strokes didn’t put enough pressure in the mid-shaft also during jelqing I lose my erection after some strokes. I have a problem with hot wrap because I have very small flaccid length about an inch. Can I just wrap it as it is flaccid or I do I have to get some erection to wrap better?
