First workout
I’m 5.5” BPEL, 4.5” EG.
I did my first workout today! First I warmed up for 5 min with a heating pad on high. Then, I did 3x30sec stretches in each of up, down, right and left. The stretches went okay.
Then, I commenced jelqing. I thought it would be hard to stay at 50-80% erect without going to 100% and cumming, but it was actually pretty easy. I guess wanking off 2x this morning helped. I just watched TV and tried to concentrate on anything else but pleasure. Anyway, the jelqing seemed to go okay. Towards the end of a stroke I noticed my penis head growing in size, but when I let go it would decrease again. Also, I had some trouble getting a whole stroke in. My penis is REALLY short flaccid (sometimes it’s no more than 1.5”!) and so 50-80% erect, a lot of it’s down close to the balls. So I was grabbing a lot of excess skin in the first 50% of the stroke. But it felt okay.
Anyway, I’m hoping to see some good flaccid gains in a few weeks, and erect gains in a few months.
