Hey guys! Wondering if there is any difference between measuring your dick hard or flaccid ( because I know that hard you have to reach the pubic bone, but was wandering if that’s the case flaccid )

Measuring flaccid is much easier because your erection quality can have a major impact on erect measurements. That said, after doing PE for a bit, flaccid stretch length is almost always longer than erect, and the amount can vary by anywhere from 1/2 to even over an inch, depending.

Most people say to measure no more than once a month because anything more and you end up with “a watched pot never boils” effect and your size can fluctuate day to day and week to week depending on exercises performed and rest periods etc.

I would say try to get both measurements once or twice a month after a rest day or 2.

It doesn’t really matter whether you are measuring “bone-pressed” or not for any of the length measurements; the important part is that you measure the same way every time. That way the data trends accurately reflect your growth.
Bone-Pressed seems to be preferred because A] It gives you a bigger number and we all like that, but more importantly, B] bone-pressed will remain more consistent in the event that you lose or gain weight.

I’d certainly recommend using the same technique for both your flaccid and erect measurements though, so that you can compare them side by side.
