Flax seed heat wrap
Hi
Just made a flax seed heating wrap.
Just like a rice sock heating pad you microwave, but filled with flax seeds.
It retains heat longer and if you make your own you can size it for PE use.

My wife makes those flax seed heat pads and sells them in different sizes and shapes. There great for sore muscles as well as PE.
