Welcome to Thunder’s.When I first started hanging, I hung 1 and a half pounds for the first week, then gradually increased the weight. An easy way to do this was to make a Captains Wench, and use an empty 2 liter bottle as your weight, and pour 16 ounces(1 pound) of water into it, slowly pouring in more and more water each week.
I would usually hang for 2 sets of 20 minutes, continually jelqing in between sets. Remember to always keep your dick elongated during your hanging session, never let it turtle, and always warm it up and stretch before each session. Gradually I built it up to 6 sets of hanging, which for some would be considered overtraining.
I started out at 5 3/4 BPEL and 5 3/4 EG in November of 2003.
Right now I am at 7 3/4 BPEL and 6 7/8 EG.
Consistency and patience pay off. Don’t give up, this stuff really works.
