In your opinion guys, what do you think is most effective for length…

Jelquing let’s say 600 times in one session…or…

Jelquing 200 times 3 times a day…

200 reps 3 times a day is what I would pick out of those two options. Less chance to overdue it when you spread it out like that. Give yourself time to recover a bit.

Although, I don’t necessarily like setting exact numbers because it tends to lead to over training. Instead, I like to plan on jelqing for an alloted amount of time and stop when I feel fatigued, even if it’s only halfway into my time range. Basically don’t get caught up in trying to reach a certain number if your dick physically can’t/shouldn’t take anymore.

Great advice from Stevie! I stopped counting early on and just listened to my body. When I felt really tired, or if I felt pain, I stopped. I rarely did several sessions a day, only one session, but it would last one to two hours, sometimes longer. I gained both length and girth, in proportion, with this routine.

Fatigue

Along those lines with fatigue…

I’ve gone up to 1000 jelqs (around 2-3 second with a hold stretch at the end, and sometimes kegels to boot) and not felt tired. When we talk about fatigue, is it dick-tiredness, or just regualr tiredness? What are some warning signs of overdoing it, because I haven’t had any pain or fatigue as of yet…

I was talking about body fatique, not “dick fatigue.” If I felt a sharp pain in my penis, I would stop jelqing for that day. Otherwise, I never felt my dick getting tired. Time and persistence are what was important to me. I approached my sessions quite methodically, but I found counting a bore, and I soon focused on doing the exercises correctly and enjoying the whole process. The counting seemed to interfere with this approach. I’m sure I did many hundreds if not a thousand or more strokes over a period of one to two hours. Hope this is helpful.

At least half an hour a day to start with. By the end of the first month I was up to an hour or more a day. I guess that’s about three and half hours a week, gradually moving up to seven hours minimum a week. By the end of the second month, I was jelqing ten or more hours a week.
