I have been jelqing and stretching 4 times a week for about a year now and I feel like I have not made any gains. I am too neurotic to measure though so I am not for certain. I was 6 inches nbpl when I started. I am just very frustrated and I feel like I have bad genes and can’t make gains.

Uh, dude…you have to measure before you can claim you haven’t made any gains after a year of stretching and jelquing.

And measure BPEL, not NBPEL. If you haven’t gained, it’s not a big drama: you’ll try something else that hopely will work.

First off, measure. :smack:

If you really have zero gains after a year then you need to mix it up. Post your exact routine so that the guys can critique it for you. Also let them know your privacy and time constraints so they know if things like hanging are an option.

Ok well I will measure soon but for now my routine consists of pe 4 times a week: 30 minutes jelqing, 5 minutes of various stretches in any and every direction and I change them up frequently, and some kegels. I have plenty of privacy at my place but I will never do any hanging because I think it is too time consuming and too dangerous.

How can you possibly track and evaluate progress if you don’t measure? Did you slowly work your way up to 30 minutes of jelqing? If not, then I suspect you have been overtraining for a year now. If you have slowly worked you way up, maybe you missed your perfect zone at, perhaps, 12 minutes of jelqing? Point is, and I’ll repeat: you really NEED to measure at least once every 2 months to get an honest assessment of where you are.

Yep, yep, yep. You really need to avail yourself of the potential help from all of the guys. Those 30 minutes could be chronic over training or, if you are doing it at to low an intensity and erection percentage, chronic under training. :shrugs: Five minutes is rather light on the stretching. Combine it with wither over or under training and what do you get? Not much.

Thanks for the advice guys, maybe I should focus on some really high quality jelqs for like 15 minutes for now each session and perhaps do more stretching. Hopefully eventually my dick will be to the ladies what tim tebow was to college football.

I’d do like 10-15minutes of jelqing, make them quality, really perfect! Perfect Jelqing Technique (Maybe that will help) Then I’d do 10 minutes of normal stretches (Sides up and down) 10minutes BTC and 10minutes of either A or V Stretches. These are very simple and easy, look at the video tutorials in the newbie links bit. Do 5days on 2 off and you will gain! Measure now, bone pressed then in 3 months of this routine or 2 months, measure again! Report back here with your results. I would expect at least 0.25inches gained. Oh and make sure you’re warmed up with heat, shower, hot water bottle etc

I got a question, why do you all say to measure BPEL and not NBPEL? Can you not gain in NBPEL? Honestly to me NBPEL is all that matters. Can someone please explain this to me is it cause NBPEL gains come in later and you first see a change in BPEL?

NBPEL can vary based on your fat pad. this is the layer of fat that lies between your pubic bone and your pubic hair (haha).

Simply put it is a better form of measurement because it is more consistent. Your fat pad can change but your pubic bone doesn’t move.

That said, you can measure either way, it is simply regarded as more accurate to use BPEL.

Stay with it and find motivation wherever you can. I have seen gains in just two months. It can be done but you have to BELIEVE!!!

What is btc and how is it executed?

I’ve found stretching exercises very useful, also do a good warm up before all exercises. I went from 5.5 to 6.0 BPELdoing the beginners routine.Focus in quality,not quantity.
