NBPEL can vary based on your fat pad. this is the layer of fat that lies between your pubic bone and your pubic hair (haha).
Simply put it is a better form of measurement because it is more consistent. Your fat pad can change but your pubic bone doesn’t move.
That said, you can measure either way, it is simply regarded as more accurate to use BPEL.
Stay with it and find motivation wherever you can. I have seen gains in just two months. It can be done but you have to BELIEVE!!!
