As the title says I have gained almost an inch, but nothing flaccid which is interesting. Before PE I was 6.2 x 4.6 erect and 3 - 3.5 x 4 flaccid. Nowadays I’m 7.1 x 5 erect and 3 - 3.5 x 4 flaccid. It’s not like I’m complaining about this, I’m just interested to hear if somebody had similar experience like me.

This is surprising to me. I think I’d be less surprised if you at least noticed some difference in your flaccid. Congratulations on your incredible erect gains though.

I wonder about hydration. Is there any chance you’re dehydrated on a regular basis? This comes up because when you are erect, your body prioritizes sending blood to your cock, but when you’re flaccid, your body does not make this priority. And, if you are dehydrated and are therefore having a lower amount of blood, this could be one factor or possibility leading to your flaccid not changing. I will be curious about other people’s observations as well.

We’re in the same boat man. During my pe career, I’ve never gained any flaccid size only erect.

I don’t think that’s the reason because I drink 3 cups of tea and 3 or 4 cups of coffee daily. As you can see I’m not the only one who hasn’t gained in the flaccid state. I guess it’s because I’m a natural grower. In general, my penis isn’t stretchy at all, my BPFSL isn’t longer than my BPEL.

918, your drinking of tea and coffee very well may actually be dehydrating! Those are not hydrating by nature, but caffeinated drinks are actually dehydrating (tea is less of a diuretic than coffee, but even a fair number of caffeine-free herbal teas are actually diuretic). That said, I’m not sure that this is the reason for your EG but no FG. As you note, you may have so much more elastin than collagen in your dick, that any FG may be limited no matter what. I’m not sure. In the spirit of exploring, I’d wonder what would happen if you shifted to water, milk, fruit-juice infused water, etc. in addition to what you’re drinking now (or better yet, replace a few cups of coffee/tea with these substitutes). Regardless, wishing you ongoing gains!

What its your routine for the length??? I only want length!!

That’s an interesting observation EZduzzit. Do you have any useful links about this subject in the sense of PE? From your logic I have a smaller amount of collagen due to dehydration which results in the unstretchy flaccid penis. I must say that I drink 1L of milk every day, vitamin C 500mg, biotin 2500mg and selenium. I also use whey and maca several times a month. I already planned to quit coffee so I think I will try this experiment.

I have gained 0.5” from JP90 and 0.4” from extending.

Manual PE —-> Extending —-> Hanging

If you are not gaining always increase time first and then force.

Hey 918, there are various sources on what drinks are actually hydrating and which are diuretic/dehydrating - you’ll find various opinions through Google search. In general, drinks with caffeine, sugar and alcohol are diuretic, and apparently (I was sad to find out from a nutritionist) several herbal teas (detox teas, hibiscus, and others) are somewhat diuretic also.

That said, when it comes to collagen and elastin, my understanding is that those things are genetic. For example, “showers” have more collagen - their dicks don’t change as much from soft to hard because collagen doesn’t expand like elastin does. “Growers,” on the other hand have more elastin and less collagen, so our dicks get smaller because we don’t have as much collagen to hold the shape, but therefore have more elastin to allow the elastic growth. I’m not sure how this interacts with hydration though.

I’m also a grower, but have had flaccid gains. I’ve always been pretty good about staying hydrated, but when I learned on here about the importance of hydration for flaccid size (more hydration = more blood in your body = more blood available to flood your dick), I’ve made hydration an even greater priority. I enjoy occasional coffee and wine, but agree to offset each cup or glass with an EXTRA glass of water than I’d otherwise have had.

You are right, I looked for green tea and coffee. I’ll try to quit green tea and coffee for one month to see the results. Quitting should create a better erection because caffeine is a vasoconstrictor.
