Gaining
Ok so I’ve done the newbie routine for 3 months and I think I’ve gained a little I went from 6NBPEL to when I get really hard to 6.5NBPEL and from 6.5BPEL to if I really stick the ruler hard to 7 BPEL so I took a 2 week break for rest because my schedule been busy but now I’m trying to at least get 7.5 BPEL and 7NBPEL I don’t have a pump so can someone please give me a routine to follow I have 30 minutes available in the morning and 30 at night so what can I do please and thank you
