Ok so I’ve done the newbie routine for 3 months and I think I’ve gained a little I went from 6NBPEL to when I get really hard to 6.5NBPEL and from 6.5BPEL to if I really stick the ruler hard to 7 BPEL so I took a 2 week break for rest because my schedule been busy but now I’m trying to at least get 7.5 BPEL and 7NBPEL I don’t have a pump so can someone please give me a routine to follow I have 30 minutes available in the morning and 30 at night so what can I do please and thank you

If you have done the newbie routine and have seen your first newbie gains, now is the time to condition yourself for more advanced exercises. Look into manual clamping, squeezes, bends, etc. Start slow and gradually increase intensity.

I am not a fan of routine, so I cannot recommend anything such as that. Just try out various exercises and build your own routine. Be sure to switch things up. Be safe.

I would continue doing the newbie routine until I saw no growth whatsoever for at least 1 month.

Looking over over a decade of PE, I think my biggest hindrance has been always looking for something more and more effective and always wanting to do more even if I’m getting indications I’m doing too much. Taking it to an excess can not only can cause your growth to stall, but cause the penis to shrink. That’s my experience anyway.
