Gains and a question.
Hey all,
I have recently, in the last 2 months or so, been deviating from normal manual stretching using just my hands.
Instead, I have been using a metal pole, about .25” in diameter, to create an extreme “A” and “V” stretch. The pole I use is actually one of those metal poles that hang down from window shades, that you turn to open or close the shades. I basically rest the pole across my legs while sitting down, stretch my penis over the pole, and then stretch downward for an “A” stretch. I will move the angle of bend from the base all the way up the shaft for each stretch. For the “V” stretch, I simply place the metal pole between my penis and my legs (under my legs) and pull the penis upward while the weight of my legs pushes the metal pole down on my penis and creates the angle.
The diameter is such that the angle my penis is bent at is much sharper than if I were to just use my thumb to create the stretch (which is what I had been doing in the past). Additionally, because both my hands are free to pull, rather than one being used to create the angle, I feel that I can create a significantly greater force in the stretch.
Now, I’m sure this is nothing new on this forum, and that veterans have used this many times. I am basically writing all this to report some great gains from these stretches!
So far, in the last 2 months, I have jumped from 7” BPEL on a good day, to 7.6” BPEL (just measured today).
Aside from the report of gains, I also have a question for the veterans:
Within these last 2 months, using these stretches, I have noticed a clear increase in an upward bend to my penis. Before I had no bend at all, and since I have solely been using these aided extreme stretches with up/down bends, I feel that it is a direct causation. Now, I am wondering if I should focus on downward “A” stretches more to correct the bend, or would that make it worse? Is the greater stretching force (and therefore repair and growth) happening on the top of the shaft during “A” stretches, or is it greater on the underside, where the sharp angle is created?
I would love to correct this bend, as I feel that it would give me a little more length (I measure with a hard ruler, so with the bend my penis doesn’t completely touch the ruler underneath). I also don’t want to make it worse as I continue with these aided stretches.
Thanks for any help and advice, and happy gaining!
