First of all, I’m new to the boards : ) . Always lingered but never signed up.

Anyway, I don’t know if this has been discussed, but was wondering if doing exercises like Squats, Back Rows, and Bench Press would aid in gains to your penis because they increase testosterone in your body.

Say I did Jelqs before I went to the gym, is it possible that I would get better results?

Welcome CB! You have found a great resource in Thunders. I would recommend doing some future research on this subject (tons of helpful information here).

You will find that since the penis is not a muscle your trips to the gym (increased test levels) will not have a direct effect on growth. However, there are certainly indirect benefits of a fit body and balanced diet that come through living the bodybuilding lifestyle.

The most important thing would be to learn everything you can, start the newbie routine, and be consistent with your PE workouts.
