Greetings all I would like to discuss a new technique developed by Janus Bifrons, dubbed the saber technique. This is my first post, I usually just browse and pull the information I seek. But today I would like to share with you my experience with a new technique for a few reasons. Its a pretty simple workout but also produces the greats gains I have ever had from any p.e. Workout. I have been practicing PE for going on 3 years and have made stead gains since then and have tried many different techniques over that time period. As a result have gone from 5 in. To 7 inches. This past week I feel like I have achieved the great gains of my career though; I really can’t explain it. The first day I Saw the video I tried it out took right around 15 minutes in total. Its almost like a deep tissue message on your penis. You’ll be literally beating your meat first soft then hard with some glad taps. There will be deep pulsing throughout once the workout is finished. 2 days is the recommend rest period between a sessions but within those 2 days you will experience dramatic changes in your penis its literally like it’s growing. So far the gains I have achieve stick around, unlike that of a penis pump. I know it’s a really short time period to claim a technique so highly but you really just have to try it the hype you see in his face during the video is not fake by any means. I’d also like to add that I’m here discuss what occur in the past regarding the negativity surrounding Janus. This technique is a turning point and should not be over looked or left out of anyone’s tool belt. I would also like to note I do this technique with a slight variation if interested just ask and do not preform it with any form of massage gun. You’ve gone from 5” to 7” over 3 years but you feel like you’ve made “the great gains of your career” in the last week ?

Either it’s growing or it isn’t, no body part grows noticably in a week.

Take pictures, take accurate measurments and report back in 3 months.

I think using massage gun to a penis is a nice idea and can have some EQ and general penis health effects. I wouldn’t be expecting any length gains though.

I couldn’t believe it when I watched the new video that the new and final iteration of the angion method involved punching yah dick!

Did he send you over here to coax more hits on his page. With all due respect your post doesn’t add up and resembles the type of claims he used to make. You’d have to come back with some solid before and afters at least to get us interested.

So I’m going to step in here and offer to slightly play devils advocate disregarding any of the past Janus stuff and the obvious ’ he’s just punching his cock’ remarks. To clarify however everything I’m about to say is nothing more than pure speculation and the observations backed up by 0 science or testing and… well honestly I have no dog in this race.

But after watching the video, I will say that I’ve actually wondered/hypothesized and temporarily tried a similar technique some 1 or 2 years ago now? Basically, through stretching and possibly pumping, I noticed that I was gaining some length while my base seemed rather weak, especially the deeper penile tissue that runs along the perineum. For one reason or another, I came to the conclusion that I could somehow strengthen the weaker tissues by using force to cause a reactionary response in the body. I think I mainly got this idea from some weird mind-meld of my kickboxing and bodybuilding background leading me to this, again, completely unsubstantiated claim. What I would do was while preforming manual stretches would do a low force karate chop of sorts? into the sides of my wang at the base of the tissue. Now don’t think like some Kung Fu looking ass dude in a Gui karate-chopping his dick like a piece of scrap wood, I only used that term to highlight how I held my hand to do this and was obviously trying to avoid breaking my dick in half, just merely trying to apply some directed force to the tissue. The second thing I did and funny enough still do occasionally while edging is to do almost a reverse jelq in a way? Basically I try to Kegal while pushing the glans down towards my body, forcing pressure through my penis towards the pelvis. Now when my base was still seemingly weaker it would usually ‘collapse’ (can’t think of a better word to describe this) at the weak points in the base of my rod. However, when I Kegaled it would hold much longer until the Kegal released and blood flowed back out. All in all, it was the same idea basically targeting a weak point and applying force in hopes it would get stronger. Now I have 0 evidence that this ever did anything, and while my base seems much more solid now I cannot in any way attribute my random applications of force as the driver of any progress there, even though mentally it felt as though these things were somehow helping.

I only wanted to add this because I find it funny or odd maybe that I had almost the same thought and practiced something very similar to what this new method is, so it does make me wonder if it would work. However, I also cannot shake the feeling that Janus comes up with these theories in the same way I did (ie. randomly with 0 proof of concept), the only difference is that he then tacks on a whole bunch of random research (he knows people most likely won’t counterclaim or study) and types up a nice looking routine and video convincing others to follow, ultimately trying to make these theories ‘appear’ much more thought out than they really are. Words of charlatan or words of truth? Only time can tell I guess, but I am tempted to follow his subreddit for a bit and see how it develops. Only one thing is for sure its either going to prove itself or be forgotten by the end of the year.
