Getting good stretches
Is it better to stretch throughout the day? Currently doing 3 x 30sec pulls 10 times a day or stretch all in one session right before or after a Jelq exercise? My time is kinda of limited when I get home so I like to focus on Jelqing. Plus I have the time at work to do my stretches, the only thing is I can’t warm up the ligs with a hot wrap. So am I still going to get a good stretch without the warm up doing them during the day? Thanks
