Getting good stretches

Is it better to stretch throughout the day? Currently doing 3 x 30sec pulls 10 times a day or stretch all in one session right before or after a Jelq exercise? My time is kinda of limited when I get home so I like to focus on Jelqing. Plus I have the time at work to do my stretches, the only thing is I can’t warm up the ligs with a hot wrap. So am I still going to get a good stretch without the warm up doing them during the day? Thanks

You can occasionally count on Slacks opinion, and this is one of them occasions :P

The only thing I want to add is, do the random stretches by all means, but don’t tug too hard if you ain’t doing the warm wraps first… save the hard heavy hitting stretches for when you have had a proper warm up or you are more likely to damage yourself.

In forums when they say “10 minute stretches” like for an intermediate guy, do they mean a session that lasts 10 minutes or do they mean 10 minutes each direction(ex:10 minutes up, 10 minutes down, 10 minutes left, 10 minutes right, etc)?

Woah, if you are able to do 10 minute stretches in each direction then you won’t need to get a hanger :D
