Getting Started - Vacuum Extender With Spring
Hello everyone, I’ve lurked on here for a few weeks now, and have been incorporating some of the wild stretches I have found into my daily activities. Doing horse and the reverse of it. Sometimes I pump during the weekdays while working alone at home. (VR porn on the oculus is awesome for this)
I started hanging in January, with a 2 lb dumbbell on a shoestring, tied around a sock folded inside out over my penis. 2 lbs, in four 30 minutes sessions, with 10 minute breaks, over 4 months lead to 0.5 inch length and 0.125 inch girth gains. I could mostly only do 2 lbs, due in part to my hanger being a noose type, but also because I had a hernia as a child and that area behind my scar would pull more than the rest and hurt a bit.
I know, a noose type is a big nono, and I have since moved on from it, to one of this vacuum type extender.

But what I also did was get a spring, that I found pulls between 2 & 4 lbs, and attached it between the vacuum head piece and the belts hook. Been wearing it for 3 hours, pulling to my lower leg and it feels just like a normal stretch. It’s amazing! Also, it’s hot as heck out right now, so hanging around outside in pants, sweating, seems to help keep things warm.
Current routine is:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Warm up with heat pad, hang for 2 hours (minimum), Pump while fully erect to 140mbar for three 10 minute sessions. Boring manual stretches in the shower, and sometimes toss in some girth exercises.
Wednesday- Manual stretching, other exercises (such as jelq, horses, clamping)
With my stretcher I’ll be doing far more stretching, and looking forward to another half inch in 4 months.
What are others thoughts on my setup? Got any recommendations on my non-regular routine?
