Hey guys. Been doing PE for around 3.5 months. I’m approximately 4.4” in girth, 4.5 (maybe 4.6) with a cock ring. My bare minimum I want to achieve is 4.8, I’d prefer 5”, and the absolute dream is 5.5”. I’ve been told I have a skinny dick several times (I ask them). I’m also told many times that girth matters most, so it’s pretty depressing.

I just wanted to get an honest answer, are my goals (primarily girth) achievable or realistic?


Starting stats (5/9/18): NBPEL: 5.5" MSEG: 4.5" (with cock ring)

Short Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.3" MSEG 4.8"

Long Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.5" MSEG 5.25"

Short answer, yes. Period.

Without a doubt. Never work your knob at more than 60-70%, manipulate it, lock in the blood, then compress it in any way you can comfortably achieve. Compress, and hold for 20 seconds. Three reps per day of that for six months and you will believe in P.E.

Though it took about five years, I gained just over one inch in girth (4.4” to 5.5”) as a result of a fairly aggressive pumping regemin.

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I agree with the other guys. For some people, they might reach that goal in under a year. But I’d like to encourage you to think of this as something that could take longer than that, but it’s still very possible with consistency and care. There’s lots of really experienced folks here and lots to learn by reading. Good luck! And stop asking people if your dick is skinny!

Just 3 squeezes for 20 seconds each? Is that enough?

I’ve slowly built up to 30 minutes of wet jelqs (I don’t count reps, I just roughly do 2-3 second jelqs) and been on that for like 2 weeks. Wouldn’t that be more effective?

Thanks guys for the encouragement. I just wish I could get back with my ex for one night after a few years of this stuff. Sigh.

Blues Guy. The key is to not work at 100%, or even close. I have never jelqued, apart from a mild interest, along with a brief foray into basic pumping. I have been PE-ing for nigh on 20 years, and in that time I have grown enormously. All my work is done between 40-75%, and always manuals. One thing I would say is that you want to look at around 30-90 mins after eating a light-ish but carbo rich meal. Your penis will be a potential part of the blood system that is absorbing and distributing energy around your body. At that time it is more receptive to a good workout. Never ever look for length. Currently my ADHD stops me from writing a long essay on what worked for me, but in the end I saw the light and concentrated on how much blood I could get into my penis (or individual parts thereof,) and realised that high pressure/high volume manuals was the way forward. PE is a science, do not have blind faith in what works for others, stop trying to make your dick bigger, and instead concentrate on high quality exercises that get more blood into your penis than it actually wants to take naturally.

I’ve read that for most people girth takes longer. Many people seem to think that more girth means slower length gains later, since it’s like trying to stretch a thick rubber band vs a skinny one.
Only mention it in case you also want length.

No real studies have been done so your mileage may vary, just remember to take it at a good pace and it’s certainly doable!
