Hi guys what is the most effective girth routine or exercise ?

I have problem with that

I try to pump but its not feel an effective

Maybe I upload some picture.

Grab a hammer, pound on your dick at least 50 times and you will experience girth increase.

ULIs & Slinky’s give good expansion, but they are pretty advanced and you need to be well conditioned before you attempt any of them, I’d also recommend that you check out the TGC Theory first, then ease in whichever advanced exercise you choose.

But I think maybe to hear from people that try girth exercise and see what was the most effective girth exercise

Many say that clamp but many other say that its not

I don’t think anyone can give you a definite answer. These exercises impact us all differently. Just because exercise A works great for me doesn’t ensure it will work very well for you. I assume you’re not new in this field as your user is from 08. But if it is indeed new, start with the newbie routine and work from there.
