Hi I’m new here, but I have been reading stuff off this sight for a while. I’ve been doing PE for about 6 months I’ve gained about a half a inch in length, but nothing in girth. I bought the bath-mate last month so I’m hoping that will change. If you have any advice on me gaining girth your input will be greatly appreciated! Just about every time I measure I’m longer I just want more girth thanks in advance!

Be careful with the bathmate. It has no way of measuring the pressure inside the tube and it can pump to a pressure of 12-17Hg depending on the model depending which one you purchased. By comparison, usually people recomend pumping at 3Hg to start work up time in the pump slowly like 5 mins to start 7 mins the next week and so on. Once you get to your desired time, even then most pumpers work around 5Hg and some push to 7 and even 10Hg in rare cases depending on the person. Just be careful with how much you pump with the Bathmate if you do decide to use it - and don’t pump until no more water comes out like the manufacturer suggests you use it.

Start: Nov. 2017 - FL: 3.5", FG: 4", BPEL: 6.813, EL: 6.25", MSEG: 4.75"

Short term: NBPEL: 7"x5.25" - Ideal: NBPEL: 7.5"x5.5" - Dream: NBPEL:8"x6"

I’d recommend further researching different manual exercises and routines before moving onto something like a bathmate. It sounds like you’re making good gains and if you try to rush it might set you back in the long run.

For about 5 months I would do 2 on 1 off. The only exceptions would be if I felt like I over-trained than I would take more time off. I did the JP90 routine for 3 months than after that I would warmup for about 5 mins, get to about a 60-80 erection an jelq for about 15 mins, after I did that I would do some slow squash jelqs an uli’s for about another 10 mins than warm down with hot water.

Since I’ve had the pump I usually warm up for a little longer, than I’ll jelq an slow squash jelq for about 10 mins, than I use the bath mate for about another 10 mins if my dick feels up to it that day, if not I’ll only do it for 5 mins.

I usually never pump it to the max either. Yea y’all are right max pressure is way to much I don’t even understand why bath mate recommend pumping until no more water squirts out. I usually only pump it until I just barely feel pressure and see expansion.

Well I’m not brave enough to try a pump yet. Girth gains by manual exercises so far. Have used a rubber o ring as a cock ring too.

Jelq for longer with longer reps, also try 2 handed jelqs always keeping 1 hand squeezing the base of your penis, at the end of the rep slightly release the grip and kegel, swap hands and continue.

Also what erection level are you jelqing at.

I would be careful with pumping, if not done correctly you can get negative PI’s and injuries.

Plenty of manual exercises to try it out, most of them should move your girth up: flaccid bends, squeezes, ULIs, dry jelq, horse440.

Jelq, clamping, uli. Those gave me significant gains in no time. Dont forget warmth.

I think key to what many people dont even consider is rest days.
I used to jelq on feeling. If it feels good I do it. If it doesnt I dont. I kept a 1 work 1 rest day schedule because I believe I heal slow.

Keep playing with it. The days youre not working it, keep it plump.

(Also dont masturbate if you have enough control over yourself or at least drastically lower the amount of times that you do)


(06-2017):NBPEL: 6.3 MSEG: 4.8

Now: NBPEL: 6.7 MSEG: 5.9

Stretch, jelq to 10-20%, O-Bends, then jelqs to 100%, clamp, then firegoat rolls, and jelqs until warm down. These do a lot for girth.


Starting 10/09/17: BPEL 7” & MSEG 4.75”

Current 12/18/17: 7 1/2" BPEL & 5" MSEG

Goal: BPEL 9” & MSEG 6”

Thanks, yeah if I could only gain some girth I would be happy I gain length like crazy an honestly I only stretch about 3 times a week I went from 6.1 to 6.625 in about 5 in a half months. I’m definitely going to gives everyone’s advice a try!

I usually warm up for about 10 mins, stretch for 10 mins than get to about a 60-80 percent erection, jelq for about 10 mins, slow squash jelq for about another 10 mins, than pump for 10 mins. When I’m done I’ll warm down. I do this 2 on 1 off unless I’m getting negative Pi’s than I’ll take another day off

I’ll have to look up some of those exercises. The only ones I know are jelqs, an clamping
