Hello,

After several unsuccessful tries to gain length and girth at the same time, I have decided to focus on one particular area before moving on to the other. I have found that the following excerise are good for girth…

Ulistretch’s ULI#3 routine
HughJorgan9 Squeeze routine
Ferrari Trio
DLD Girth Buster
Horse 440
Girth Blaster
CS Blaster
O-Bends

My question is

1. After the warm water wrap, should I go directly into my excerise or do I still need to do stretches?

2. How many of these excerise should I incoroporate into my routine?

3. How long should I jelq?

4. I plan on sticking to this routine for 4 months (Sept - Dec). Is this sufficient time to see results?
