Girth Help

I’ve been doing 10 minutes of manual stretching 1 minute hold each direction (straight out, left, right, down, BTC) I stretch with an IR heat lamp on. Then I jelq for 10 minutes with a minimum of 50% erection. I try to keep it at about 75% the whole time but it fluctuates. I’ve been doing this for 3 months with good length gains a little more than half an inch.

My question is what should I do about girth. I’ve made no girth gains at all. Should I keep doing what I’m doing or maybe add in some light clamping sessions? Don’t get me wrong I’m super excited about my length gains but I am a little greedy and want some girth gains too!

Any kind of input would be greatly appreciated!

I would just keep doing what you have been for at least another 6 months.You have only been at it for 3 months that’s nothing. It took me about 12 months of jelqs before I saw a 0.25” girth gain.Maybe after 12 months training you could try clamping or pumping.Stick with manuals at this stage.
