Girth lower on off days-Stretching affects on girth-Routine Advice
Hey guys, I do PE every other day, I measure a bit obsessively and one thing I recently noticed is that my girth is lower on my day off than the workout day. When I measure the day of my workout (before the session) I get 5.125”, on the day off I get 5.06”. My EQ looks and feels about the same. If it is growing I don’t mind if it is lower one day, but if this is a sign of overtraining and will stall my progress I would like to know. I have one more question regarding length gains; In your experience, did stretching/length exercise halt or slow any of your girth gains (assuming you were gaining girth before you added in length exercises)? I am not really in a rush to gain length, but when I do go for it I plan on adding in some 5 way stretches, 2 days on 1 off to my 1 day on 1 off girth-centric routine. So it would look like this:
1 day on girth w/ stretches for length, 1 day on stretches w/o girth, 1 day girth w/o stretches..
My current routine:
30 second tunica tug
Bundled stretches ( 1 full rotation )
Girth squeeze warm up (squeeze behind head with one hand and base with the other, 3 seconds per squeeze. I usually do this for about 3-5 minutes)
10 x 10 second horse squeezes (squeeze base with one hand and squeeze the blood out of the head with the other)
O bends (45 seconds per direction)
Maintain erection for 15 minutes (like edging without actually getting to the PONR)
The last three months have been really slow for me as far as girth gains go (was doing a routine similar to this, use to do the horse squeezes after each 30 second Ulis, did 5 Ulis). In Feb I missed a lot of workouts, sort of experimenting with a less is more approach. I actually lost about .065” of girth. Worked it back up to 5.125” last month. I am going to give this routine until the 22nd of this month, by that time it would have been 4 weeks. If I don’t gain .065” by then I might try something like this:
10 min warm up with heat wrap
Girth Squeeze warm up
10 minutes clamping (maybe two sets of 5 minutes?)
15 minutes maintaining the erection
Any thoughts?
