Girth increases 1 inch during workout. Is this harmful

During my session my girth size goes from ~5” to ~6”. It feels HUGE after my workout, and I can’t wait till I’m that size.
I only do O-Bends for 20-30 min (I also use a cock ring for this) + 10 min stretches

Is this normal? Safe? Is it perhaps a good sign I will be gaining size soon?
Usually the next morning my penis is still kinda chubby at around 5.5” if I don’t masturbate after my session that day.

Goal : BPEL= 7.5" EG= 6"

Is your EQ still fine the next day? If it is, I’d say you’re okay. I’ve heard of some people having expansion like that during workouts, but it’s not very common. I only get about a .25” expansion during my girth workouts. I gain girth pretty quickly though :D .

Yeah my EQ is great the next day. I don’t think I used to get expansions like this when I did jelqs. But now that I am doing O-Bends with a cockring or just rubber band it gets huge.

What kind of length workouts are good for stretching the tunica?
I have only been doing stretches for ligs (manual stretches and BTC stretches)
The thing is that I can’t have a hanger or something around the house.

Also I’m kinda worried I might be doing something wrong with the girth exercises.
It seems that my pumps are getting bigger every time. I used to have a maximum of less than 6”.. But now it’s getting larger than that.
Could it be that it’s just fluid buildup? Is that harmful?

I have the same expansion as you, but cant really cement any girth gains, and that is what i am mostly focused on. im already around 7.75 in length and been trying to do everything to bump up my girth a bit.

First do a warm up

Do O bends for 10 min
If you don’t know how.
Make a tight O grip and the very base of your penis. This has to be done in a semi flaccid state.
Kegel a lot of blood in, and with your other push the head down until you feel tension. Not more than 90 degress
Keep it for around 10 seconds. Then do one left, right and up.

After this I get a cockring or rubber band, then I do the same for another 10 or 20 min.

But don’t try this until we get an answer on how safe this is lol

What is alot of blood? I can kegel as much blood in that it looks like an erection, but its actually just a floppy semi. About how much % do you fill your penis with blood when about to bend?

Also when you use the cockring/rubberband do you still make an OK grip at the base to trap the blood?

I do as much as so I can’t bend it all the way (90degrees). So I feel a good tension.

And yes I still do the O grip when I use the cockring/rubberband. Thats just for extra support my hands get tired.

I used to do O-bends, but I think my Tunica is just to tough to get any good expansion out of it. I dont know what I would do if I was able to get a damn inch in expansion during a workout.


Starting 10/08 - 7.125" EL x 4.5" MSEG

As of 12/08- 7.5" EL x 4.75" MSEG

As of 1/19/08 - 7.75" bpel(previous 7.5" was due to inaccurate ruler) x 4.875" MSEG

Hehe, you would enjoy it while it lasts. And later be depressed about how small you get after.

You mean there is a higher risk of injury with a softer tunica?

Also.. You guys are saying I’m lucky. Does that mean a more pliable tunica results in faster gains or the opposite?
