From a post I read today about girth gains, it was said the tunica is what limits the gains for girth. As we know the tunica is like a very tough balloon, which is very hard to stretch. Now picture your self doing a squeeze on your penis where you grip your base and right under your head and compress together. Good, now picture doing it to a ballon full of air.

The ballon will get slighty bigger which is exactly what we want to happen. Now lets try this, Get 90% erect and grip your base tight, now with your other hand do a squeeze like the other time except only 1-2” above the base. If y ou did this to a balloon, it would probably pop, proving you just made much more internal pressure.

Now slide both hands up and do it to every inch of your member to promote uniform growth. Think this would work?

I’m sure I have seen the similar exercise to what you described in some other PE site, but couldn’t remember the name. Sounds good!

This sounds like it is the same exercise. What do you think? Any of the vets know this one? Does it have a name?

I have heard some sites refer to it as the sqeeze. I don’t know- but it seems to be working really well for me so far. It really expands the veins and things though so be careful.

hey mmac, lets start doing the exercise and report back to everyone in a month how it worked for us. I am going to continue jelqing as I have been doing but will be adding this to the routine so this will be the only variable. So far with intense jelq I have added about 0.1 inch in girth per month.

It’s a basic squeeze, they are great start from the bottom and work your way up an inch at a time.

i see. i usually just did the squeeze as a whole unit. Maybe thats why i gain so slow….lol.

I do mostly the whole unit kind of squeeze and the horse, put for a change I use the one with moving up the shaft there a little easier on the dick.
