Girth routines
Hi, I’ve recently started to take this seriously and want to become a good part of this community
I was wondering if you guys could recommend a good girth routine that I could incorporate into my current newbie routine (with 20 mins of jelq)
Also, what’s the consensus on moving on to advanced routines from newbie routine? I see that clemski does it by mixing up the different type of jelqs (I think it’s a very good idea employing the technique of keeping your muscular tissue unadapted)
Are there any other good techniques out there?
