Girth Work - Warm-down or Cool Down
Hi All,
Apologies if a thread for this already exists however I couldn’t find one relating specifically for girth work. Currently, my routine is the following:
10mins AM clamping followed by 5 minutes bathmate with ice at 70-80% pump.
10mins PM clamping followed by 5 minutes bathmate with ice at 70-80% pump.
I have seen mixed responses on whether to use heat or ice pertaining to length work however minimal with respect to girth.
Could you advise on whether you think I should use heat post girth work?
