Got a Q for vets and big gainers.
I’ve gone back and looked at some post from veterans and men who have gained great numbers and in comparison to the guys now it seems that there is a thick line between time or number of jelqs. I’ve noticed a lot of the guys that have gained greatly from jelqing mainly are doing 400-700 jelqs. I am curious to know why this is not encouraged? I know the newbie routine suggest starting of at smaller numbers, but what about the guys ie me, that have been doing this for a while now and haven’t seen any gains. Although I have never done that many jelqs in one session, I tend to pay attention more to the fewer number of jelqs with quality. Not saying that they didn’t by any means at all. Is it bad to do that many jelqs in one session? Can some vets or big gainers give some input on this subject.
I am coming up to my 8th month (this go around) of consistent pe with no gains and on the first of July I want to try a new routine, that’s why I am asking this.
