Hands hurt

Hey guys I’m just coming into completing one month of my PE routine of mainly stretches, jelqs and squeezes but the last week of it has been a struggle as my hands are aching. If anybody has gone through this before or knows a remedy please let me know thanks

I also had (still have) a lot of pain in my hands. When I was actively PEing, I’d try to jelq at a time in the day when they hurt least. In my case, mornings. Are you using any pain rub on your hands? Voltaren gel is good if your doctor will prescribe it, or there are a lot of OTC remedies available.

Once I was pretty well conditioned, (3 or 4 months) I switched to pumping and clamping. Maybe after toughing out the conditioning period consider other methods?

Well I like this type of pain in my hands , its like exercising in the gym. If I upload a pic of my hands you will understand the power of jelqing :)

I use PE tools to prevent my hands geting tired from doing PE manual work. To perform stretches I am using the gripping trainer. I used to use the lengthmaster. Both are very good tools I believe and prevent you from having to exert much energy and strength to perform stretches.The penilizer is a great jelqing tool.

I got some voltaren in my house already for some inflammation I had in my chest so ill try that. And yeah after 3 months ill probably try hanging or clamping may even both thanks.

Lol I was thinking it was like exercise for the hands I was going to take a protein shake to see if that helped too.

Hit the gym. When you can do some pullups and dead lifts with more than your body weight, the pain will go away.


Please don't call over training on me- I owe him a lifetime of rest days.
