Hanger VS Extender

I’ve been a little trigger happy with questions this month, haha. I started a variation of the newbie routine back in February. In about two months I went from 6.5” BPEL to 7” BPEL. Short-term goal, accomplished!

My next goal would be to focus on length and achieve a BPEL of 7.5” (eventually 8” BPEL)

For this, I was thinking of starting either hanging or using an extender. Are there any particular recommendations? No doubt, looking to spend the least amount of money possible. Luckily, I live alone and so privacy isn’t a huge concern. I also work from home and so that provides added flexibility.

Of course, I doubt I’ll be able to get another 0.5” within the same frame of time as I did the first 0.5”, but of course looking to maximize the effectiveness here.

The third option is to continue what I’m doing, but I’m afraid I may just plateau quickly and would rather change things up with different stimuli.

Senior members have recommended, to me personally, to keep up with manual routines for around 6 months. YMMV I’m certain, but that’s been the general consensus I’ve run into. I do wonder if, after that point, an extender would be a good idea for myself too. Following this thread to see what advice they offer.

Also, I do wonder if people with extenders do manual jelqs, heat and stretches too. Or if they do Jelq Only routines in addition to the extender. Assuming they do manual PE at all after switching to a device.

I try to have my ADS hanger on all day. But since I spend most of my time sitting (with work), it’s unused for much of the day. It’s just attached to the end of my unit, doing nothing. So, that’s one factor if considering hanger vs. extender.
