Hanging before JP90
Hi guys, happy new year!
I just ordered my Bib Starter a couple of days ago, and will start to hang when I get it. I’ve done all of my research about what how to go about it and general precautions to take. I have been doing dry jelqs nearly everyday for a week to “condition” my penis, but have learned that starting slowly (hanging with the recommended beginning weights) conditions your penis as well. My question is: Should I simply stick to the routine shown in “Hanging 101” I.e. Warm-up, hanging, warm-down or should I add manual stretches as well? Like bundled stretches (tunica; first exercise from the “30-day newbie challenge” and other general stretches ). Would it be counter-productive?
Routine wise, it would be:
1) Warm-up
2) Stretches
3) Hanging
4) Warm-down
