Hanging, Ready to look into it.

Any quick threads to help me get started on hanging? I have have tried manual stretching with not much luck. I will give it a go one more time but if it does not work for me I am going to try hanging. I bought a bib starter about a year ago and it is collecting dust under my bed. I know wrapping your penis is crucial to hanging but I am a little unsure the proper way to doing it. Any vets know of some good threads on wrapping and using the bib starter? I have theraband too and I have it cut up as well.

Yep, what Tomico wrote. Take your time and have “safety first” as your motto. Better to “waste” weeks getting the hang of wrapping and hanging with one pound than to hurt your self and be off for months.
