Hi all,

I’ve been doing the Newbie Routine for a couple of months now.

I’d like to move into hanging as length is my primary goal. I’m thinking of purchasing the Bib Starter and gradually increasing the weight as I go.

My question would be - is it far more feasible to work on length first, and then girth? I’m thinking if hanging until I reach my desired length, and then coming off hanging to an advanced version of something similar to the newbie routine (combination of stretching and jelqing).


Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"

[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"

Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"

I work(ed) on both, but many do it as you say. Whatever you feel comfortable with. A vacuum hanger worked much better for me personally than bib hanger. I think it may be better for when I will hang heavier.

Which extender did you use? Do you have a link to it? I haven’t purchased the bib yet, but looking at a variety of devices.

I ordered mine from aliexpress. I cant copy the link so just search for: “peni extender” and you’ll encounter multiple.
