Hanging wIth FIr and Deacon

Just completed my first cycle Hanging with Fir or using heat and hanging following 5.5 methods as well as others referred to in his posts in hanging section. I was able to gain 1.5 cm basically from 18 to 19.5 BPFSL . My Question …..people who know this method, I would be interested in knowing thoughts regarding how strict is Deacon . Can one pump 3 or 4 days a week 30 minutes total or does any form of penis manipulation disturb penile tissues not allowing regeneration of new cells which means not having new elasticity for second cycle . Any thoughts? Why would pumping blood into tissue make the the penis tough and stronger? I plan to Deacon for 6 weeks but like to pump especially before sex and in general feel like I’m contributing to overall gain. Thanks in advanced for looking and commenting on this thread .

Decon means rest. If you are only pumping to circulate blood then should not be an issue. If you are pumping and stressing the penis from the vacuum pressure then you are not deconditioning your penis. 30 minutes of pumping is a pump program, not blood circulation.

I only edged a bit. Erections are good. I’d expect pumping to defeat the rest portion of the decon.

Less really is more. Don’t be greedy.

Any thoughts on length of Deacon for hanging with Fir ? Completed cycle 1 end of June and getting ready to start cycle 2 for September? I have waited 9 weeks …..Thanks
