Hanging without conditioning
So I have done some PE in the past and was able to gain an 1/2” of length, but had to give it up due to tennis elbow. Jelqs were killing me! I have recently tried to go back to the PE newbie routine, I am 9 workouts in and my elbow is killing again. I would like to a to attempt hanging and due to my elbow problems it does not look like I can complete the newbie routine. I was wondering if I start out light (2.5 lbs) with only a few short sets and increase slowly can I do this safely with good results? Also has anyone has gone straight to hanging without conditioning 1st? Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks
