Good evening, a few days ago I returned to the PE after an injury in the pubic zone (ligament). Resume after recovering completely.

My problem is that after stretching and starting with the jelq (with a warm-up of 5 minutes) I feel the tunic very hard (I only use 80% erection as I used to do before my injury). Before my injury I used to have the same routine: 10 min warm-up, 10 min stretching, 5 min warm-up and 10 min jelq. and at that time my jelq were very good with a great expansion of tunica (it was turgid and big)

Now I feel the tunic very hard, and no expansion. And my penis is completely hot at the beginning of the jelq …

I started taking collagen pills when I was recovering from the injury to improve recovery.

It will be the collagen that makes my tunic hard?

i warm up properly, but i keep feeling my tunica very hard… i cant jelq !

I never had a lesion on the penis, except for a ligament in the pubic area. Currently recovered 100%. I warm for 10 minutes, I stretch, I warm up and I can not jelp: the tunic gets hard and I have the finite penis and it does not let the blood flow and therefore there is no expansion. What will it be? I am disappointed because I waited a month to recover my ligament and now I can not jello for this hardness in the tunic.

Do very low intensity and increase duration and frequency of exercise.
Do jelqs at low erection %.
Do LIGHT bending of semi flaccid penis.( Fold it up at different parts)

Every tunica will give some at some point. High intensity can strengthen it and increases possibility of injury.

Increase intensity only slowly.

I also feel the BC muscle is kind of tense and hard

maybe you have a tough septum/steel cord. only way to break this is work on fulcrum stretches or hanging.
