Hardcore Length Gains???

If someone had to advice a hardcore length only routine, what would you suggest? I am interested in hardcore length gains only for starters and also the faster the gains, the better…thx

Have you tried luvdadus’ Newbie Routine? If you are mostly interested in length you could substitute some of the jelqing with more stretching.
