Has anyone tried this? Big gains?
I tried searching this but it keeps telling me the search or site might be down so I figured I would ask in a new thread. This exercise is somewhat advanced and not for the lighthearted. If done wrong I’m sure you could do a lot of damage with this exercise. Some penis types may not be able to do this without pain and/or injury.
I was wondering if anyone else has tried clamping and stretching (either a leg strap stretch or hanging) at the same time? It seems like I am getting much better results doing this. I clamp at about 60% EG, wrap and get ready to hang or stretch, and then I kegel. Once I have expanded girth about 1/4-1/2” past normal EG I wait until The shaft gets flexible, but while its still engorged, and then I hang 2-3lbs or do a stretch with an ADS like leg strap with a thick industrial rubberband for 20-30 minutes. I will continue to kegel as the pressure in the shaft eases up but keep the shaft in the limber state. When I’m done I put on a small sock and wrap from the base to the glans. I cut the tip of the sock off so I can pee with it on. I notice a big gain in both flaccid and erect length and girth. I am still trying to work out a consistent routine and get enough time under my belt to take a break long enough to see what gains are permanent.
Has anyone else tried this? If so, could you point me into the direction of the thread(s) please. I have searched a few times but couldn’t find this routine but now the search function isn’t working for me.
