Have I done myself an injury?

So the downlow of all my concern today goes back a little while
For a couple months now, whenever I masturbate, for about an hour or so after my dick would kinda turtle and flaccid feel harder then return to normal. I began PE just last week and have been doing a pretty light routine of 10x 20 second stretches straight out followed by 50 jelqs, last night I did the same routine with 5 minutes of edging, and since then I’m thwart with concern because I read a horror hard flaccid post and all day today if had a firmer flaccid (like I can bend it back 180 no pain but definitely feels a lot harder) and poor EQ (but I’m pretty concerned so to be expected really) so I’m worried I’ve overtrained myself by using excessive force and got hard flaccid
Will this just be a short term injury? Is anxiety the problem? I’m guessing I should lay off PE but for how long? Can you continue PE with this?
Really need answers so any advice is highly appreciated, I really don’t need such an injury right now because I’m doing what I can to better myself and love doing PE
