Hi guys!
I am currently living in a dormitory with a shared bathroom and therefore cannot use it for PE, cause I do not feel comfortable. However, I have a single room only for me. In the past I used to heat up using hot wet wrap, but now this is not an opportunity. Can you advise me on a suitable alternative?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
Or put a kettle in your room to make coffee and only heat the water as much as you want it heated. Then you can use either a hot wet towel, or less messy, an ordinary rubber hot water bottle, which with winter coming is a sensible thing to have anyway. :)
