Hi friends

I’m from Ukraine.

I have been to many forums on penis enlargement.

I did a lot of different exercises, but unfortunately it didn’t give me any progress.

I would like to hear recommendations from this site

Here are my characteristics

NBPEL-15.5-15.3cm

EG-13.8-14cm

BPEL-16.8-17

BPFSL-18-18.5

What exercises do you recommend me to do?

We need a little bit of more informations like what exactly did you do in terms of exercises and how many years you been doing it for.

I did jelk almost all summer, it didn’t make any progress.

Then I worked on the beginner program for 1 month, and doing clamp+angion

Clamping is a no no for a beginner, condition your unit for at least 6 months to a year then you can start.

Gaining absolutely nothing is 99% caused by wrong PE technique used, probably during jelqing in your case.

Correct that issue and you will see improvements most likely.

It would be a good idea to check out the Penis Enlargement Cream forum. Lots of good information on what the TP is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the Newbie Routine) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

When I first started, it took nine months before I began seeing measurable gains.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors .

On the Russian forum I was told to do a program consisting of 40 minutes of manual traction
And throughout the day every two hours to pull the penis for 2-3 minutes.
.but I’m not sure about its effectiveness, the beginner program does not think it will suit me, as my penis can withstand heavy loads
.

After reading many articles, I think I will still switch to the beginner program, but after a month of running this program that I have now, if it does not show any effectiveness, I will switch to the beginner program .

I know it’s a stupid question, but are there photos of people who grew up with exercise?

I’m just a pretty pessimistic person, and I’m quite a skeptic, and I can’t believe that a member can be enlarged in any way other than surgery

How do you mean? Some of us started pretty young, before the internet and such forums existed. Are you asking for early pictures or are you yourself young and wondering if it works?

If the answer to either of those last 2 questions is “yes”, you should probably reconsider why you’re here asking in the first place.

To be fair doing PE expecting to grow it’s the wrong way to do it.

PE has to be practiced with passion like any other discipline and mainly because it improves your penis health massively when performed correctly.

Will you grow as well? Cool, but significative gains take years and years to come, so be prepared for that.

I think with a high level of erection it doesn’t work. Also warming up your penis with heat is important. Both, a high level of erection and no heat might leave your penis unresponsive to the workout. You should try with changing that.

40 minutes is quite long. Longer exercise is not automatically equal to more growth.

I did this pulling many times during the day for short sessions and had length gains. However, it is important to totally relax your BC muscle, so that you feel the pull down in the base of your penis in the pelvis. Also, although there are other opinions, I grip right behind the glans for such stretching to be able to stretch the penis allover.

PE needs a lot of patience and experimenting. Develop a feeling how to get your penis responsive for training in the first place and also for which exercise is effective and which isn’t. This is individually different for everyone.
