Ok. I share your thought on some beginners exercises such as jelqs not having such a great impact. All the gains I made before last year joining thunders are due to experimenting and learning to listen to my body. I had read a bit about techniques of PE and grasped some ideas and tried to find a way to apply them. Not having an idea how girthy some guys are I focused on length. I had quite a success with short sessions, but many repetitions through the day - every time I went to the toilet - grasping my glans and pulling it to all four directions for about 30 seconds each, several rounds. I felt the stretch deep down in the base of my penis. I had periods of several weeks going, then several months off. I wasn’t too serious about PE. I discovered also to grab my penis at the base while half engorged and making a very tight ok grip and pulling it, holding for about 30 seconds. I do this now, too. Didn’t know anything about warm ups. As you can see, I made my gains through the years. Mainly in length, but some girth, too.
Now I benefit from a ton of experience on thunders. But my impression is, that there is not that one truth about PE that works for everybody. You have to try and see…
