Hello guys. I have been doing PE for about six months but without any gains. I have been hoping from program to program(dld, jp90, pegym suggested, thunders, my own) and I know that can be a big part of why I experienced 0 gains. So can you help sample a routine that is harder than those newbie suggested, because I think my unit is quite conditioned.

Ty for the quick response, but I am not in possession of any devices. If it can be manual exercises.

Stats: 06/2011: BPEL: 13 cm; MSEG: 10 cm; 04/2022: BPEL: 20 cm; MSEG: 14 cm

Goal would be: BPEL: 20 cm => reached 03/2022; MSEG: 15 cm

If youre doing PE for the first time you always start with the newbie routine. If you start hanging as a newbie you gonna get injured for sure. I don’t know how long you did PE but with 0 gains try the newbie routine first.

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

He said he’s already conditioned. The author of the thread I posted skipped the newbie routine altogether with minimal problems and amazing results.

Not to dis the newbie routine altogether tho. Worked great for me personally.

Hey brother. My goal is to get as much from both grith and length. As of now I am leaning more into length but I don’t want to neglect the grith.

Nice gains you have made. I will be open to hear your advice on everything and your approach to PE.

Ok. I share your thought on some beginners exercises such as jelqs not having such a great impact. All the gains I made before last year joining thunders are due to experimenting and learning to listen to my body. I had read a bit about techniques of PE and grasped some ideas and tried to find a way to apply them. Not having an idea how girthy some guys are I focused on length. I had quite a success with short sessions, but many repetitions through the day - every time I went to the toilet - grasping my glans and pulling it to all four directions for about 30 seconds each, several rounds. I felt the stretch deep down in the base of my penis. I had periods of several weeks going, then several months off. I wasn’t too serious about PE. I discovered also to grab my penis at the base while half engorged and making a very tight ok grip and pulling it, holding for about 30 seconds. I do this now, too. Didn’t know anything about warm ups. As you can see, I made my gains through the years. Mainly in length, but some girth, too.

Now I benefit from a ton of experience on thunders. But my impression is, that there is not that one truth about PE that works for everybody. You have to try and see…
